Bugs in "infuse spirit"

In the section "infuse spirit" I have found a mistake. I made a thing of the fourth level, but received very little from it. I beg you to let you correct this error. Let my "Frozen spirit boots" acquire the desired speed, as well as to rely fourth level.

maybe your fortify level is low, yk if your fortify is low, bonus stats added from infuse is low too
