Theres a battle report of Senbon in a thread and yes far as i know its attack/damage and speed buff for both ass and vg after his skill

I just woke up and logged in Indo server.. I couldn't believe my eyes so I logged in here..

thats really amazing to see senbon, I didn't expect him to come this early at all

I just hope they keep the prices the same and rewards the same and don't mess up with it

I'm not using a VG atm,  I rely on shinso gin speed/dmg so I don't know if he will be better than zangetsu for my formation.. but I will need him so badly when I get demon ichigo.. and I want to test out his dmg and see if he is still better without my gin speed/dmg xD
