That's precisely why I will never top-up: poor translations, too pricey, too little for too much money and zero customer support.  Who would pay for something like that?  I'm totally F2P and stay around 10-12 overall on my server.

I can see the point, if you're that dedicated to it or don't already sub to to other games.  I prefer to keep playing FFXIV:ARR, alas I am in the process of moving and resuming school right now after crossing the country.  

Time constraints and on a more personal, neurotic level, somehow the thought of paying for gross typos, translations and glitches bothers me greatly -- especially given how long this game has been around now.
