I only said you were lacking ishiin because of the topic title but yeah he isn't needed to have a OP pve-team.
On the other hand he is needed if you want to create that

I really can't decide who I find the most intriguing character from bleach, they are all so epic (in its own way)

But my top would be:
- Ulquiorra
- Gin
- Hisagi
- Shunsui Kyoraku

I wonder how many hours a Bleach rerun would take
