tbh don't underestimate active players guys, especially who likes to hide their true ability
but maybe after u beat wis who quit, they may pop up suddenly for you

Ur comparison on str vs stam is not accurate at all. U should see how much damage u receive with 2 different stones, not how much each increase. I can see that Wis is doing it for the minor boost in physical def. As all knows, physical attackers are more than kido, thus his str stats to increase the def. I might be wrong, but that's how I'd think.

Well, you can't really compare them with that because each opponent is completely different geared than you which will make it wrong calculation and you can't tell what is better, I just gave you the basice number you will get from each and from your experience you should know what is better to choose.

and I think you didn't really get it because  I didn't compare the stones.. I just calculated how much stamina i'll get from 6 parts of inferno gear (full set) vs 6 parts with wis or str

so you either choose between this kind of stamina increase or this kind of defense increase

I say the defense increase its better because you don't lose any defense / kido defense from attributes but you do lose from stones.. EXAMPLE is +30% str stone on kido user will give him much less than an str user because his talent isn't with str, he is not build with str so it's obvious for him to get lower defense but with GEAR refine he will get the SAME kind of defense... because you get it as a fixed number not a %.

example inferno gear gives 470 str / wis for each part

6x470 = 2820 increase defense  on STR or KIDO user doesnt matter, both will get the same

but when you use a stone of +30% str

on lets say shinso gin he will get 3259 defense
while shin yourichi will get 6586 defense

thats why a STR stone for a kido user isnt that good while an STR attribute in gear for a kido user is really effective because you don't lose any EXTRA defense.

I think I get what u mean. Yet still this discussion revolves around str vs stam in which Wis chose str. Maybe we can do the comparison by using hogu and fight the same opponent using just main. One round using str hogu and another wihout. We can then compare the dmg received and based on that, calculate if having the extra stam on all 6 gears are better or having str instead.
