What happens if you fail to infuse? It says it has some success rate ._.

And how do those protetion stones work?

Trough infusion a certain amount of extra points are added on your item..Ex: Like if you have a shinigami rune with 1828 attack ,the infusion adds let's say 11(adds to attribute).It's some kind of reinforce.
I think if you fail , that bonus that should have been added trough infusion isn't added.And the materials used dissapear. (newbie opinion)

Yea the success rate only means losing the ingredients if you fail, nothing more.
One note though, the rate reduces with each level passed.

Yep every time you lv up the success rate low, till 30% dont know max lv if you fail you lose the materials , anyway the number of tries have a limit too

Will the infuse be the same if for example I have infuse lvl 5 equipment then I do spirit forge or does infuse give more bonus if I do it after spirit forge?  Or is there any difference?

The spirit infuse level will remain the same after spirit forge.

number of tries have limit? so you mean that even if we have excess amount of infuse spirit left, we can't infuse it anymore once the limit is reached?



anyway the max infuse spirit lv that I know is lv20.. and those lvls doesn't require you to success 20times, sometimes they can skip some lvl and directly go to lv20..

yep max lv is 20 but happened to me some times at CN servs that after some fails you cant do it anymore, even after fail the # of spirit water needed increase and yeh you need to succed 20 times you cant skip lv. Dunno how many tries you have but maybe around 50(maybe more im not so sure about the #)
