Then I'd start complaining full force and be enraged, best bet would be contacting your bank and cancel the entire thing due to fraud via AmoPay imo.

Called my bank at the same day. About 2 hours after trying to Top Up.
Money was gone from my card. Bank cannot return money, which they already sent to GoGames / Amopay / whatever stupid shop i've buying from.

look. I waited for new server to make a nice fresh start.
was aiming for vip for start, to get vip rewards from many starter task. Better rewards = faster and easier leveling at start = being 1st in events = more rewards.. etc. geometrical progression.
so far it makes sence, right ?
ok, now. Vip 2 is 15$. There is no such option. Have to do 10 and 5$ payments.

10$ payment went through with no problem. (same as payments on previous server)
right after that, I tried to make 5$ payment (for a total of 15$)
It gave me some wierd error, saying payment declined.  thoughts of any normal person : "ok, maybe some bug or something"
tried again - same error.
waited 10 mins - same
waited more - same again.
I ended up making 5 payments which I never recieved. Which I never intended to do (not 5. should be just 1)
Then I check my card and see money actually gone. But no gold on char.
Found 5 mails inbox telling some crap about returning money next month. Do I look like a bank who gives credits or what ? WTF ???!!!!!
I called to my bank to cancel that idiotic payments, but they couldnt help, coz money was gone.

So, good server start up got fucked. My guild can loose leading position coz we only have 1 OP vip for seireitei defence event, while there are 2 vip 10th vs us. No matter how hard we try, no matter that we have 13 players from top30, while others have only 1-3.
and I cant change anything. damn nice !

And now, you, mister community operator, telling people here that Seller (GoGames) is not guilty ?
It was their choice of company who handle payments. Not ours. It was their choice to make stupid payment ammounts (5-10-20$ etc), forcing people to do 2 payments instead of 1.

U know, there is a teenager "catch" like this situation.
1st person promises to 2nd something if 2nd will pay. but 1st asks to handle "money" to 3rd. After 2nd does what he been told, 1st one simply rejects his promises, saying that he dont have what 2nd was supposed to pay.
simple childish catch.
How is that different ?

m8, I dont care who is responcible. Sort it among yourselfs. I payed money and didnt get what I payed for. I dont care where did money go and who recieved it. I pressed TOP UP button in damn game. you cant argue that.

How will I be compensated ? Or will I not ? then fuck your shitty 1day browser game, which forces people to spend ammount of money for which they could actually buy a personal server and hire coders to make such simple game.
All this game have is Bleach fans.

Also, Your so protected GoGames support cant even give reply to my tickets about this subject. They just keep silent. Same as Amopay tho.

How is common games supposed to know that there is a real payment problem, if in game he He Top Up button everywhere, and no warning messages ?
It there is a payment problem - then DISABLE payments at all.
If GoGames doesent disable payment options till this problem is solved - its GoGames responcibility for all the loss.

I'm a gamer with 15 years of experience. In all normal games its either you can pay ok. Or you cant pay. no third option.

I've been playing MMORPG's since UO back in 1998. I know how stuff works.

Point is, it's been repeated so much on servers, on forums, that AmoPay sucks. Don't use it. I don't know why they haven't removed it. I've asked them to remove it. They don't, nothing I can do about it but calm people down. I've made a post specifically about this situation, an entire thread, in General Discussion about how this process works. Yes GoGames needs to no use AmoPay if it's screwed up, but it's a Chinese company. Nothing I can do about it.

But you should, just as in ANY other game, check community forums and website front pages. It's the natural thing to do, can't expect to be hand held. Especially when it's been talked about for a month, in game, out of game, everywhere, and people still don't listen.

All I can say, is e-mail [email protected], or add them on skype, with same name, gogames.me  and they will tell you the same thing, that AmoPay sucks and you will get your money refunded.

As for why they won't disable it, well you are in the same dark corner we are bud, we don't know, support don't know, nobody knows.

point is, stop defending them, as you can see,they are not doing much to solve this. They just try to earn as much as they can

About removing top up option.. well, it would take about 30 mins for me alone, to simply delete that buttong from the game, from all places.
Or about 5 minutes, to make large pop up screen with a red warning about payment problems, every time user press Top Up button.
Instead of that, they start new "pay alot" events. Like Ultimate Weapon. Or Ultimate BP
This events are based on cash investment. they force people to pay.
That means they ARE responcible for any payment problems.
P.S. and actually, I do read forums. For leveling guides, some hints, tips etc.
I dont read "spam folders" or "bug" untill I get a problem.
9/10 users dont read forum at all.
And I NEVER seen a warning about payment problem ingame. played on eu s08 from start, then changed to eu s 17

Those aren't very old servers either, and no it's not nor am I saying it's GoGames fault about the declines and money missing. It's AmoPays.

The only thing that is GoGames fault is not disabling AmoPay, I'm sure they have their reasons. It may just be 1 out of 100 people getting this issue, if that's the case, they shouldn't remove it.

They posted a warning on the site and forums. It's probably not just that "5 min" to "Fix a button" giving a warning about it, as this is a Chinese translated game, and if it's not on the Chinese servers, it's not going to be on this server, ever. AmoPay is a chinese service, thus they probably don't have any issues like the NA does. We don't even even have all the same tools/actions/ect like our Achievement Page translated and in our version yet. It's not so easy to just throw something in there, especially since they are doing this from overseas somewhere (Korea I believe), it's not even a NA company or EU company. People have received refunds if they got declined, and it's an ongoing issue that will probably never be settled, and not much can or will happen to settle it. It's just how it is.

We got to either deal with it, being a Korean company or whatnot, and AmoPay, a Chinese company, or just not play. I'll just personally deal with it, as even I have lost $720, and I haven't seen a dime in over a month back. But I'm still here, still playing, still helping.

I m just curious why PayPal isnt working? At the start of open beta there was a PayPal option.
