Well you seem to miss something rather important.
It's not just the fury regenerate and growth rate, it's also the damage buff to supporters. She's like a Dark Rukia as assaulter.

So the 25 extra fury to all characters and 10% damage rate to supporters, is it really better than 45% growth from a single partner?
Ken his block skill can easily be replaced by adding higher level block stones. I already block a ton without his skill itself.

nah i can use ishida over sexy yoruichi and the dmg is not different at all

even if your block was 90% for all assaulters which i doubt i'd still use ken

is unohana more useful than kisuke for hollow soul? without a doubt

does unohana even inflict dmg for ryoka/es? no she does not

does ishida inflict dmg, yes he does, so it's not a good comparison
