seems to OP for lv120 tavern but if skill dmg got reduced to lower than mugestu's or on par and if partner got moved up to lvl150 tavern or maybe even cost equivalent of ultima aizen (second form) then I don't think partner would be to OP in terms at those levels of time invested in game.

tavern ppl aren't supposed to be strong

they are free not events
they are also something very crappy you work for which you will replace over time

that is only because a large majority pool of our available characters are tavern

so we accept them as strong


----- but in reality it just depends on how you use them

and they will eventually be disregarded and replaced with someone better
