Welp maybe for next time..

I / We need something like an upgraded version of Nel. A partner that does 90% hit decrease or whatever.. There's literally no reason at all to use dodge stones and even my Rangiku is getting sick of them lolol

well you have to find the right set up

Nel + shura kenpachi + Ichigo full modded + Cute Orihimie || or || Bikni nano

Nel upgraded form = debuff enemy 65% hit rate decrease + 15% dodge on VG

Shura ken = debuffs 75% break defense

Ichigo full modded = 102% block and dodge rate

Cute Orihimi = + 30% Block rate

OR......

Bikini nano = debuff enemies 30% break defense [ VG and AS ]

lets say the enemy has a 250% hit rate

250 [ starting hit rate ] - 102 [ dodge rate for ichigo full modded ] - 65 [ nels hit rate debuffing ] - 15 [ nels buffing on VG ] = 68% remianing hit rate for the enemy [ aka 68% chance of hitting you ]

then added in the block rate stuff if they do hit

its all depends on how you use your partners [ when it comes to skills, talents, and mods ]

but the problem would come in with speed

what are the growth rates for upgraded nel???

maybe someone should post growth rates for everyone of the SPW's upgraded and their 1st forms
