Rukia is the worts character of this game.
We already got too many versions of her imo..

she has a bankai in the manga (that i don't read)

she turns into sode no shiraiyuki the zan in game

and she can turn anything into ice

i've used her in my pve days many many times for a very long time now, there are only 2 versions of her vs the 1,2,3,4,5,6 versions of ichigo??

and I don't think you would complain if she had a really sweet skill with nice growth
