More worth it to buy them during Treasure Map than using the wishes

The event prior to this one, called Treasure Map
You can roll a dice every 12 hours, you move certain number of spots
Or you can pay 250g a roll

You can refresh the prizes for:  Hyorinmaru, D. Rukia, Toshiro, 12 Fury Stones
It's cheapest then to get Toshiro / D. Rukia.  Somewhere around the range of 4950-ish
