Why i can't upgrade Pantera Grimmjow

I Can't upgrade pantera grimmjow, and i have all materials to do this D:!

lol.. u can see its alrdy upgraded xixixi

hes askn about the modification n u can see its only lv60 for the first mod

but it dont work cuz the lazy devs haven't translated it yet

Its not upgrade, its modify... And modify dont works with SWP partners yet.... Its known bug... Bes ...

Panthera looks cool.  He must do even more damage than kenpachi.  I'm considering getting him but before I have to get shin grimmjow.  The thing is grimmjow doesn't have a strength talent.  When I had rangiku she'd crit in her special skill a lot but since she didn't have a strength talent her crits on some vanguards did no damage, 1-2 dmg. She did more damage when she didn't do her skill.  Renji on the other hand did more damage, due to talent.

Considering grimmjow's talent 16% damage, will the same thing that happened with my rangiku, happen to him, because of lack of strength talent?  I don't want to fight enemies in pvp and only deal 1-2 dmg to them every turn.
