All are dependent on silver, and that's how I would rank their importance

All partners are situational
So think long and hard about who would serve you the most favorably for the longest amount of time before you earn enough silver to recruit a replacement
  -- I've considered it a waste of silver(gold reishi) recruiting Saijin && Kisuke, because I recruited Toshiro and Shinso shortly thereafter
     Those 2200 gold Reishi would've served me really well right about now in recruiting Daiguren Toshiro
     Albeit I didn't expect to spend $ for event partners.  Who knew, right?

Since you took the time to ask forums for help, you're asking for those who have gone through your same thoughts, and so I'd like you to think about your long term formation:
What kind of formation(s) do you want?

Purely PvE?
Purely PvP?
Are you f2p or going to spend a bit?
If you are going to spend, how much?
  -- You pretty much have a rough estimation on how much each event partner can be bought for now, since they've been recycled a few times.
     So think about who would be of the most value to you  
     --  I think out of all the partners I've had, Shini Yoru was the best bang for the buck.  She put me on a whole different level of viability
         Although fast forward 50 levels: I will be replacing her for CSB Byakuya or Isshin soon, so even she has a limited life span before replacement
A team that works well in both?
  -- Will you be lazy in swapping formations?  
      --  I, for example, disliked switching formation because it left some partners ridiculously behind in level
          So I stopped switching formations altogether

Do you just wanna' have fun?
-- Build a funny team, like a triple-control lane
   ie: Starrk or whatever vanguard of your choosing
       Main w/ 3rd skill
       Tav Gin or Daiguren - Tavern Kisuke - Tavern Shihoin Yoruichi
   This would be a hilarious team, and they're all free with the exception of Daiguren with a VIP prerequisite of 1

Yeah im atm vip 6 and have "decided" that i wont buy any 30+k partners or so, only those that cost like max 6k i can think about.
acually if shini yoru would come up now how much would it cost? about? cudnt find it anywhere -.- would really help on hollow souls etc.

zädäm 1 question to whom ever wants to reply, does dark rukias dmg buff + sogyo work together?
for some reason i though they overwrote each other so i didnt get rukia from treasuremap. :/

question to some1 who know/is 110++ lvl, is it actually possible to be good at pvp with "pve" team (vg killer) if you dont count the super expencive parters on it.

I want to get more silver.  More silver equals more opportunity to forge gear, reiatsu and partners.  I want an OP pve team, in other words an OP ryoka and ES team because in ryoka it gets tough.  I have to put my vanguard after 10 minutes and ES ends in 10 minutes.  I'm right now in the middle of whether getting gold partner or lvling up reiatsu.  My team is Renji Tavern mod 2, ikkaku mod 1, main(kido), rukia no mods and momo no mods.  All my silver, all is going for tavern uruhara, and after I get him all my silver will go for kenpachi lvl 90.  My question, should I get uruhara for 10 minutes of ryoka and 10 minutes of ES?  Or should I use all my silver to increase my reiatsu at 35 and get zabi.  Current reiatsu is 31.  I have 550 gold reishi and 2 million silver.  Which first, reiatsu or uruhara?

btw if you dont have Dark Rukia , Zabi is better than Sogyo !!!! At least for Ryoka/ES

I believed paofui and watman gave u very good advices. Paofui has pinpoint which partners u should go for. Watman gave the choice back to u by letting u differentiate what priority u want for ur own gameplay. But since ur posting his question, I believed ur not a big spender in the game, which is good as it shows u spend ur pennies wisely. Gimme 10 mins to write my advice, gonna switch from my mobile to PC so I can have better control lol

Sorry for writing so much, just didn't want to repeat question after question.  I'm vip1, i don't have nor don't plan to get any event partner that costs more than $50.  I might go for lvl 80 event gear maybe, just to be vip4. So I'm not a big spender. My limit is $50, thats it.  One final thought and I"m done, cause I've disturbed you too much.  After 10 minutes of ryoka, when I switch my vanguard back on, how should my formation be for max damage.  2-2-1 (kisuke tavern when i get him, rukia no mods, ikkaku 1 mod, main and vanguard sajin)? or 1-3-1 (rukia/kisuke, ikkaku, renji mod 2, main and vang sajin).  Thank you for your time.

better get protect stones for all lvs if ur not going past 50

Ah ok.  Thanks for the advice.  Should I get lvl 70 or don't bother and get lvl 80 protection stone?  current lvl 83, with only lvl 80 gear on main and lvl 70 gear on rest of partners
