are all intervals between skill lvls the same for all skills?????

I am not sure, my second highest skill is 9th and it is lv17, it'll tell you in a few days when i get it to 20.

Its the same for the 9th and 10th skills at least. I suspect is the same for all skills.

I quite like the cut-off healing skill and got it to lvl 20. i suppose i should save for the 10 skill.

im only at lv26 of 10th skill and need 10980 scrolls for lv27 maybe could be lv28 atm but i sell some scrolls and use more to lv up the 1st and 9th skill

I can't agree with this.   You must be really impatient of desperate to sell all your skill scrolls.   Rather save up for a month until you get your 8-10th skills and level them up properly.

I used to sell my skill scrolls until very late levels and i still have probably the highest skill rank on my server, or one of the highest, so even if you sell your scrolls initially, which you should - because its a huge silver booster for early levels, you'll be fine.

EDIT: I just checked, there is only 1 person who has Rank26 10th skill on our server, after that second highest is 22, which is what i have.
