Naruto and Sasuke are seemingly a little faster at this point and things like the bijuu-damas are far above anything Ichigo or Uryu can deal with. Naruto and Sasuke are just a little too much - though unlike Ichigo and Uryu, are pretty much at the end of their manga, so Ichigo and Uryu may grow more powerful later.
Ichigo and Uryu are also the better characters overall, but that has no effect on power.

I would say differently, Ichigo and Uryuu in the manga are so far awesome. Ichigo acquiring a duel blade zangetsu and Uryuu joining the Quincy. Mean while sasuke and naruto becoming the new sage path. I would think they be the same power but it be so dope if the make this sequence into a 20min movie
I'm unsure on this... I'd say Ichigo and Uryu have the potential for it, however. The problem is they haven't shown much on the same level of impressive, which - they could very well be, but it's not known at this moment.
