Need with help with tavern and reiatsu!!!

Hi people! Right now i got a big problem i dont know what to do first my reiatsu right now is 37 and i want it to make it more stronger but i want to regruit yoruichi from tavern to beat  the hallow soul map the 3 espada but i want and kisame and i want to get grimmjow i'm just sow confuse right now. Can soemone give me some help some info anything that can help me? For the events i'm first at the ryoka but at the arena i'm second dont know what to do.I want to deafeat more easy the monsters at the ryoka to get faster the rewards but i want to be better in the arena. And by the way my lvl is 83.

if you want to do better in ryoka/ES get kisuke + ikakku + rukia and lvl up your reiatsu to atleast 40 for hogyoku kai on your zanpakuto

....Kisame? Did you mean Kisuke? Anyways, I'd focus on getting to 40 reiatsu for hogyoku-kai then get kisuke and ikkaku. The amount they help you in ryoka and ES will bring up the amount of silver you get from those events up significantly in turn making it easier to get other partners.

Well right now i got ikkaku sow for now i will make reiatsu 40lvl and then i should get kisuke ty for the info guis. And by the way what you think about kisuke for pvp?

You're 83 and can't beat espada 3 yet, and you're arena rank 2.  I wish I was in a server like that.  IN my server I"m 33 in arena, top 10 are OP people that spend lots of money.  Yet pretty impressive you're first in ryoka and 2nd in arena and don't have ikkaku+kisuke+rukia.  

The above comments are all correct.  I'm also doing same.  Almost got kisuke.

I thought the same thing, though I chose to go first for the partnrs because the mods were important, plus I needed them to level up fast with me and don't fall back in levels.  The faster I got them, the faster they could start leveling.

Right now, I"m about to get kisuke and after that I will start saving for kenpachi, and only then after I will concentrate to get zabimaru, and hogyokai, but it's just me though.  Not sure if I'm doing right.
