are the weapons worth getting?

To an extent, yeah. They are sort of similar to a Relampago set, perhaps slightly weaker. The base damage in comparison to a spirit forged lvl 90 weapon is a 380 damage difference.

its not, you can use lvl 110 hogus, so exactly why should i know if acc´s works like gears or as hogus
