Worth it???

So my question is does it worth spend about 100usd on tmap toshiro...i dont usually spend as much money as 100 usd in one go but i thought a good gold player would boost me up so im level 70 i can buy komamura but by spending so much money in a gamw iw ould love that the thing that i get will last so is toshiro better than everyone from above or doesnt worth it?
and question 2 from tmap event which partner would be the best to buy?

you want something from treasure map ? get sogyo or fury stones if not ( which is better ) wait for a better event

I`d rather to get 12 Fury stones or hyorinmaru, sogyo is good too.

you better get the 12 fury stones or the 2x lvl 9 str/agi stones. i have toshiro and i aint using him cos of the high fragment requirement. tavern starrk is doing better than him for me.

those lvl 9 str/agi stones would do best for you acc to your team formation.

Toshiro is a great vanguard, but, Get sogyo in the treasure map event.
