This is my current team I want to replace Shin Renji and I just recently got Yoruichi so who should I get next and why give me pros and cons?

i'd say get either grimmjow to replace tavern renji cuz grimmjow can crit like a mofo in ryoka. and you probably wouldnt want to use shin renji maybe(i know more about grimmjow then renji. others might be able to help you with him) and you should try to get sajin. the dog guy. keep yoruichi. she's pretty damn good. but try to run a 2-2-1. 2 support and 2 assaulters. and for your second support you would either go for orihime since she heals or tier harribel since she can stun assaulters. but other then that thats all i can give you.

tho if you are running a 1-2-1 or a 1-1-3 then idk.

U seems to focus on PvP and running 1-3-1. If that's the case I would suggest u run 1-2-2 instead. Taking out renji and put in rukia. Rukia will give u an edge by providing fury so ur assaulter will skill every other round. Plus, she is a must for pve.
