what's the best events to buy those hogu talismans? or you get them as rewards from spending gold for another events?

There's an event called Hogu Breakthrough. You can get a lot of talismen for a small price. You also get talismans when you top up for certain events in the Supervalue gift packs, thus making them free. In most events you can get small ammounts of them but all in all I think those 2 are the best options. Oh and also Treasure Map, you can reroll the reward and try for 60 talismans when you complete the map. It's also a good option if you're not interested in fury or stat stones or any of the zanpakutos that you can pick up there

nerfed = partner/zanpakuto's stats/skills will be edited, to be weaker than unnerfed version (from CN server)

Yeah one of the possible rewards for the treasure map is 60 talismans. Most people ignore them and go for fury, sogyo, hyorin or lv100 ultimate sets
