well i'd grab stark once your lvl 100 then work on getting hollow ichigo. Thats just me though.

I can personally recommend hollow ichigo. Even without tank supporting zanpakuto like hyorinmaru or senbon he is still nice and that aid skill for assaulters helps a lot.
If you are not vip5 then shin shura is pretty useless. His defense isnt that great and he doesnt even provide buff to other members of the team just to himself to increase his dmg. Basically his only use is in later waves of ryoka. His upgraded version is better because he gives 100 fury to one of his team members which can be really helpful in pvp.
I do not own stark so I cant say but from my experience in facing them he is definitely a good pick as well even without proper zanpakuto. He boost his block and have selfheal + even though his dmg wil be lacking for you when you dont have better zan or really good stones 9+ he still helps in taking those pesky supports out.

Personally I am even thinking about getting him even though I already have shin shura, hollow ichigo and even toshiro for debuffing if needed. I am lacking aoe in my team and I guess it will be quite needed for later hollow soul, trial tower etc

For the formation i use now is 1/2/2 is better stark or ichigo?

Ryummon ikkaku outclassed them as Vanguards , except for that vip 5 shin shura upgraded version..

Well after a long time i finally upgrade him to his final form and now i have the upgrade zaraki and its awesome!! But i must do now something about the zanpakuto because he lower his damage :/ . Of course zangetsu help great the team but i hope for something even better!

Yes and if upgrade his block rate he really gonna be even better!

yeah if u made his block like 120% block rate he's unstopabble..
