i would say give them a timeline, to update it, and once they do and on so and so date, the dates will be recorded and then no changes can happen after that. you can collect info every month or so

Thanks for your concern, but I will do it this way, going to each persons profile to collect the date is annoying, not to mention, lots of people do not have their real birth dates on their profiles, and dome don't know how to even add their birthday. So again, I'm good doing it this way, where I can multiple bday's in like 5 mins, they are all on a page for me ready, all in one place.

you DO NOT need to go to profile page to check their bdays page.

current method(margin of error possible)
-user go to the profile page to check UID
-user come to this thread and add their UID, bdays
-you collect them and give to dev (you need to do this every time you visit the page)
-dev then collect data from you
-dev validate and set the b'day system ie adding coupons for bdays

method i mentioned(zero error possible)
-users go to profile page and enter their bday there

lots of people do not have their real birth dates on their profiles, and dome don't know how to even add their birthday

how will you know if the ones they are providing here are true, hence that doesn't even add up to be a case.
