yea we have the same problem in our server im the hight's lvl and my lvl is 121 but the es is lvl  ...

looks like based on population, quincy here dead 2 weeks up 1 lvl 107-108, while theres something weird at arrancar, 1 day 144-145 its like eating reiatsu pill.

i think it go how fast you kill him like for us we kill him in 9 attack so he lvl up fast so it blance the time with the other clan's

I think it has something to do with the amount of Arrancar/shinigami/quincy people that are in arena top10/20
Or something related with BP top 10/20/30/40/50

I think it's based on the top player growth. The stronger your top player from each clan, the more level it grow. Because in my server, we have more high lvl Arrancar compare to Quincy. But the level difference in their ES has only 2-3 level differences.
