Hmm it is hard to say if it is a nerfed version or if indo made their own version. If azrial in his guide used CN server as a source than our version should be basically the same (he also have SS not SSS). The only difference I found is that it has according to description only 7% str (certain percent) instead of 15% (higher percent). Also dont know how much he increases its agility because I cant see the whole description as with basically all skills of partners thx to bad formating. Though it seems that eu/us server has different agility increase compared CN.
The only way for us to find out the truth is to find some guy on CN server who has it or something like that.
Also personally I have no idea why they are nerfing partners.. If they are not unbalanced at CN why they should be unbalanced here.. If they continue like this at some time noone will buy anything. I would personally never pay gold for nerfed isshin. For white ichigo we had on the other hand I would if I had that kind of money that it wouldnt even leave a dent in my account..

according to what he told me was; he took a huge loan (hence why he bought everything in this game) and seems like he struggled to pay back.... and now i guess he has to go work for money...to pay of the depts

Why I suggest not breaking past 10% of your annual income at once. If you gotta break it, it's not worth it. Keeps cost, interest rates and stress down.

Not to mention that taking a loan instantly gives you more (unnecessary) debt. I'd never take a loan for a game or even a car. I've seen plenty of people that have a car which is worth more than their house.. I mean whatever floats your boat but you're making things unnecessary hard on yourself.

But if that makes people happy.. who am I to judge? yolo.
