How could i place four characters in my formation, like 2 assaulters, 1 supporter and 1 vanguard?

You need to have your ranking be at a certain level. By ranking I mean like 13th division captain, you need to be 12th division captain to have 4 people in your formation.

and for 5 its the 10th division captain
