Hard one. I think Yoruichi is a bit over-rated, she has decent speed and stun but problem is that at lvl 70-80 many people use 1-3-1 formation or useless rukia+momo formation.

Tia's stun is amazing in pvp, but there is one huge problem: She lack speed compared to main, event S+/SS partners and even Yoruichi so she most likely to die before oportunity to stun. Unless you can put in her atleast 6x lv7 agi stones + highly infused boots.

SWP Toshiro is the guy what im going for. In base he is probably not be any better help than Tia (im not sure), but he is definitly worth keeping, cuz his second form skill actually seem very promising. In my sight he is one of few SWP partners with getting.

But it's just my speculation, i dont have Halibel, nor Toshiro. Altrough i fought em in CSB

I have both and toshiro sux cuz dusarm only works on assulters and is only good for versing other players

Well i been speaking of PVP, why would anybody want Tia or Toshiro for PVE?
