I get what you guys were saying now. She is at 88.9% crit and I haven't gotten to her extra 8% mod. Would that mean I have a 97.9% chance of this always going off? I would take that.
I still have not had any issues with full T1 team going off. I get 37 Fury and the only time I have seen it not hit is on Sexy and Uno sometimes, which is still rare. My damage in PVE has went up 40% by doing this change.
