Tip to get exp on required partners quickly(avoiding exp scrolls)

Since exp scrolls are harder to get, this would be an easier way to get some exp on your so called partner if s/he is nearing that required lvl number,

Eg, Player X is the partner whom you want to increase some exp. Say gin(currently lvl 100) needs to be lvl 105 to mod him to tier 4, but you are using aizen in your formation. So you would want to use some exp scrolls on him to lvl up to 105. You can do two things to get him more experience

1)Add player X to the current formation when playing ES/ryoka. Each fight in ES/ryoka gives some experience which is added to only the partners in the current formation.
2)Add player X to the current formation when receiving the event rewards from inbox. Protect Seretei, Guild War and Ryoka attack clan point rewards give experience. So before you receive them, make sure you add the player X to your current team formation and then click on receive, so those in the current formation will only receive that exp.
3)Add player X to the current formation when doing vitality fights for UBP after stacking vitality. These would include autobattles of 100+ fights a day. So all the experience generated per fight in those autobattles will go to your player X. And if you are defending seretei then you get more experience

using the above methods, your non-player can gain exp and you can use the exp scrolls on your priority partners instead.

aswell as if you r vitality saver you can prolly get easy 3-5 levels to any lower level partner if you just put em to ur formation before auto battling all those hard earned vits ^^

and switching partner who you want to lvl up when you do slave interaction or taking slaves exp,
and some dailies like : doing instances autobattle,  konso, doing trial tower(if you can beat it easy)

Is the exp you get divided among your formation or does everyone in the formation get the amount shown?
