it depends on the reiatsu lvl and your gear lvl tbh

eg i have reiatsu 78, and my gear is lvl 100 ult (lvl 111-113)

to get to 79 reiatsu i need to spend around 160000k silver and i will get around 198+ str/agi/wis and 462+ stam

if i fortify one character, it will cost me 6-7k per gear ie say 40000k silver per partner, that would give me 180+ atk/phy def/ kido defx2/speed and 512+ stam.
So for 5 players in my team to get that would be 40000k x5 = 200000k silver

so for my current situation i can go do reiatsu as its 40000k silver less compared to fortifying. But 3-4 lvls laters reiatsu will cost 250000k, then i will switch to fortifying.

so yes, the answer boils down to the lvl requirement and some calculation, thats all

That and lvling rei is always more satisfying for me at least Lol
