Kido characters that swing but do kido dmg? (DEV REPLY PLZ)

Basically how this game goes is.

Kido users should one shot Physical attack users and vice-versa.

Each stat gives respective defense, so a STR type would be taking less damage from STR, but more damage from KIDO.

And the other way around.

Kido users WIS and Ghost Blades use STR.

Wis gives strategy def and strategy damage

STR gives physical def and physical da.age

So each respective character has much higher of one stat, which means they are vulnerable to the other type of damage.

If you want your KIDO or Ghost blade to survive the opposing type of attacks, you also have to slot high ranking STR/WIS stones and not just focus on one type.

o i kno what u mean and know all that information but im just saying... with the original post... there is no reason why a sword attack is doing KIDO damage.. when other characters are casting KIDO and they actual do KIDO dmg

a sword swing cannot do KIDO, just basic principle of Bleach lol... which is why certain characters should be hybrid... not full on KIDO...

Hydrid characters should consist of Rukia / Momo / etc...
Full KIDO characters should consist of Inoue / Nanao / etc...

because of what their attacks are... not basing it off of their actual weapon


AND also if you want to look deeper into the mix

looking at the 3 starting classes, the Quincy is BY FAR the weakest and the KIDO character seems to be the strongest from my experience considering i dueled a KIDO main with worse gear items runes and everything and his character hit mine for 10k more dmg (normal hit, no crit, no spell) than i hit him during a battle... how does that make any sense? (my char is the Quincy main)

I don't think the basic attack really matters. It's essential purpose is to gain fury for your character. I wouldn't stress out about the graphics for each and every attack because they don't influence the basics which are they are in the kido class.  Rukia's and Momo's basic attacks may look strength based from the graphics, but that is a simple inconsistency of what their attacks really are, which are Kido.
No class is weaker/stronger than the other. Quincy are also strength based like the Shinigami. Quincy and Shinigami have no Kido defense just like how Kido have no strength defense. All 3 are very equal.

Quincy is IDENTICAL to Ghost Blade with the exception of which weapon they use - and they use the awkward, completely pointless weapon type.
Still, you're going completely outside of the realm of gameplay, and thinking way too realistically (within the context of the anime).

Itachi in the Naruto game uses the Kunai (Taijutsu) which is the equivalent of a Ghost Blade. He attacks with a fireball for his basic attack (which would be considered in the anime as Ninjutsu with Ninjutsu being the equivalent of Spirit Blade/Quincy) and his skill is Tsukuyomi, which is Genjutsu (Kido). None of his things fit together. The reason he is considered Taijutsu is because it is the extremely most common  weapon type for Assaulters and the only weapon type for Vanguards. It is for the convenience of the player rather than being excessively true to the anime. Meanwhile, all the Supports use Scrolls and are considered Genjutsu for the Strategy Attack damage type and Wisdom growth -- mixing things up or even hybridizing them for the sake of 'realism' would divide Jades/Spirit Stones and other equipment too much and weaken everyone and everything.

well when a Momo swings her sword on u from 4x the damage of her spell i think you will disagree heavily... (pretty much killing vanguard in 2 hits)

Quincy is not identical to anyone... at first i thought his advantage was he was the fastest of the main chars.. but then i soon realized that wasnt a fact, then i realized the sword guy and the mage, DID WAY more damage by far... with basic attack and spells.. so the Quincy is literally completely useless to play as in my opinion i honestly wish i could change to mage since they do the most dmg

Nobody has spent more than the guy on S9 th ...

I am sure there are people, who have spend more, since he has "only" level 7/8 spirit stones. Other high casher have lv 9/ 10 stones and T1 Fury on some chars, which alone is is nearly 3k $.
So i am sure he wouldnt beat all of this guys, just because he has 100k more battlepower.

Uhh... except that Ghost Blade (Shinigami) and Spirit Blade (Quincy), apart from the equippable weapon, ARE 100% IDENTICAL. You're probably factoring in different players' stats and skills which you absolutely CANNOT do in this context. You're still right about Quincy being pointless, though I already said that.

Momo is very similar to Karin from UN. Her basic hits can be very strong (with the right buildup) but her main attack is weaker than the basic because the purpose of her attack isn't to inflict damage; it's to stun. If her main attack were as strong as the basic, the assault line wouldn't last very long. My Momo is loaded on wisdom stones; that and agility. No strength because her attacks are purely Kido.
