csb bya will be the same lvl whether i'm 122 or 150 right ?
yup BYA come lvl 70 no matter what your level is in fact all partners does so basiccly you're 122 and get yoru she will be lvl 65 even you're 122 and same for bya , ken , aizen except aizen is lvl 80 cz he needs lvl 100 to be unlocked
