nope, cannot forge lvl 120 sets, option isn't even on Hachigen

im banned from top-up..

hey dude. I was trying to top up today, as you know there's 2 options below, and 3rd one says "soon". in the first one I am not able to top up but other option "offgamersomethingcom" is working. if I was banned from top up, 2nd option wouldnt work too am I right? or am I banned only from the first one to sum up, how do I know I am banned
