I'm a firm believer of Ichigo/Orihime. Just because she actually has shown feelings for him none of the other females have shown romantic interest toward him. Honestly they remind me of Naruto and Hinata, except Ichigo hasn't been chasing after anyone.

I will say Ichigo and Rukia. Not just because "Because I like that combination". there is more two it then that, If you watch it you kinda see an interest in each other. Examples- After the first fight with grimmjow and rukia is hurt, ichgo's face. Heck even oriheme notices. Next in the early prologue (Kind jumping around here) Rukia says: "If I didn't know any better I'd say you actually care what happens yo me." which Ichigo replies "Huh? I guess I do."
Plus, they share a lot more personal stuff with each other, I mean if you pay attention you can easily see it. Nel even sees it... slightly... sort of.... asking Rukia "What is your relationship with...Itsugo?" (Funny episode btw)
