Coupons Disappearing Bug

I have 3 other emails i sent to [email protected] and have yet to heard back from them, so i will be posting the emails i sent to them on this forum and hope i get a better response
and i think i posted this at the wrong forum place so i am posting it here

*EDIT* *Just in the time it took me to post this i went back to my game and my coupons went from 66 to 16, so something its taking 50 coupons away from me multiple times a day it has also happened at least twice today, so please fix this bug before it starts taking my gold away and if u could see how many of coupons have been wasted/disappeared and  reimbuse me that would be great*

This has been happening for a while now, i also have sent other emails to support about this and 7 day event bugs,


i started noticing my coupons disappearing for a while, and since the event visoreds revenge, i have noticed it more because it sends me a mail when my coupons disappear, but i havent bought anything and my coupons just keep dwindling down,

so this has happened pretty much every day, and that's just the times that i noticed that it has happened


the most recent time it happened, is when i was auto battling the lvl 30 instance, and then i come back and i have a mail saying that i spent an amount of coupons that i have not spent,  and i did not buy anything or receive anything for those missing coupons,

i also had a bunch of coupons go missing with a reiastu bug, because it didnt take my reiastu pills,

so i started out with 2500 coupons before i started using them, and now im down to 500. and i have not spend that much, plus all the coupons i get every day from different activities

this has happened a lot, it always seems like when i come back from a auto-battle that my coupons go missing, and i cant figure out why that is happening,

i would like to top up to vip 4 but im scared that my gold will go missing, please can u tell me why the coupons are going missing, and if u can figure out how many have gone missing? i've yet to hear back so i will be posting all my emails to the forum and see if that helps

i had 2500 coupons before i spent any, and thats not counting all the coupons that i have gotten when i started doing events so its prolly closer to 3500, and when i started noticing them going missing i was aroung 1500, then when the visored revenge started i was around 1000, then after it ended i was at 500, and i have not spent that much at all, i have only spent the majority on stones and i can tell u the number ive spent cuz it says it on the shop, so ive only spend about 1500 on stones, so all together ive prolly spent 1600,

as of now i have 66, i had 500 and spent some to around 150, and then i went and did some instances and came back and it was 66, this is so rediculous, i would love to get more gold but i do not want it to disappear, so please please fix this, and reimburse me, and also can u think about making a purchase history, so if u had a coupons spending history we would be able to see where our coupons are going

This is crap im so frustrated that i just want to quit playing, because if this never happened i would be top 3 in the server
