i tried topping up with visa debit card but it said the system was unavailable when I tried to complete the transaction. will this be fixed soon?

Top Ups aren't working on Off-Gamers for over a week now. A guildy has the same issues as well as others I've talked to. Anyone else noticing it?

is there anyway to topout bleach online even if you dont have debit card? or credit card? i think it would be better if you put some other features when it comes to loading up your account im just a kid and i dont have a credit or debit card i would appreciate if you answer back guys. its too hard for us players in asia to topup because we dont have credit or debit? we would love to top up in your game but please gave us a much convenient way like "MOL POINTS, GLOBE PREPAID CARD OR LEVEL UP CARDS"

Sitting waiting on a Topup from Gate2Shop still, been like 3 days, money has been withdrawn from my bank account but i've yet to see my 2k gold, missed out on the Espada 1 rewards due to this bullshit. Got my 2k Top up that i had made 10 minutes before, and have gotten multiple top up's since but have not seen my 2k gold.

I have the conformation number and everything. Gate2Shop may have the absolute worst costumer support.
