I've been having this problem as well, I just paid for my gold and didn't get anything, did you get yours yet?

Was able to top up yesterday, but today's payments didn't come through. They are shown as "pending" at my offgamers account.

Spoke to an offgamers representative, who advised me they have reached out to Bleach Online.

Any idea when this will be resolved ?
