Log In problem

Hi, i have question. An hour ago i got disconnected and i tried to log in but i can't, i just press log in button and nothing happens. Main page doesn't load 100% too. So is there some maintenance going on or the problem is with my laptop or simmilar. I'm on EU server

and i always clear cache and i have tried other browsers so is the game under maintenance or other
