Panthera or Kenpachi

I'm level 91 and I would like to know who does more damage or is better for ryoka or evil spirits.  I know there are threads about this, I found one, but it had mixed ideas, nothing clear.  I have a T1 rukia, kisuke (notT1), main ikkaku and kenpachi.  Many have told me to switch kenpachi for panthera at level 100 but the thing I dont like about this is panthera been a spirit blade wont be able to switch with vanguard when I have to switch vanguard back on.  Regardless of that, I HAVE 2 FURY BOOSTERS, and my kenpachi is level 88 currently, when my main reaches level 100, I think kenpachi will be around level 95.  

So considering I have 2 fury boosters, which would be better for max damage in ryoka and ES.  Panthera or Kenpachi?

Considering you're post i would stick to kenpachi.
He's easy to switch with you're van.
And then you cant mod panthera so the damage difference is minimum or maybe kenpachi does even more damage, i really don't know.

pantera will do more damage than kenpachi , but since u have both ikkaku and ken with 2fury boosters ,u wont miss pantera at all.
stick with the current team its good enough

well i did some testing a while back with both pantera grimm and ikkaku, and pantera grimm and kenpatchi. ( i stopped using rukkia since she is purple and replaced her with jushiro.) Ikkaku doesn't do as much total damage compared to pantera grimm (in pve) but kenpatchi still does more damage then both grimm and ikkaku. In short you really shouldn't listen to anyone on the forums ya sure they might have some good advice but in the end everyone's formation is going to be slightly different and what works for one person wont necessarily work for another. I strongly recommend picking up pantera grimm and doing the test for yourself and figuring out what works best.
Also if you literally don't use a  partner because they are spirit blade and the one you'd be switching with is ghost blade and you don't want to take 5 seconds to go swap 1 set of stones your just plan lazy.

Yeah I'm kinda lazy to return to switch stones.  In any case I already have 25 coupons for panthera, and I already got grimm.  Would be a waste of coupons not to get him, so maybe I'll give him a try.
