please fix this it's been 1 week since this happen all my prestige is gone to waste because of this bug

This isn't a bug at all. You lost the prestige you had. Play the game to keep the rank, or just don't rank up and save points. It even tells you of your daily deduction at the rank. Wonderful attention to detail.

You just don't pay attention to things. Do the math. Today, you lost 5000 prestige to the 4102 you had. 5th captain requires 100k prestige. Since the counter doesn't hit zero, that puts you at 99102 of the previous rank, being 5th lieutenant. Your rank was reduced since you didn't have the required amount to keep the rank. Hence you needing 898 more prestige to rank up back to 5th Captain.

There is nothing wrong except for your understanding on something so basic.

Once you obtain a certain rank, it has a daily deduction of prestige. You must get prestige every day to grow and maintain your rank otherwise you will lose rank until you re acquire your prestige.

oh i forgot to tell you that i hit 100k prestige last week. so if i do the math my 100k last + 42k this week ( 6k per day arena reward ) i will have 142k prestige enought to become 5th captain ??

No dude. I've no idea how to explain this better that I did. You lose 5k prestige every day due to your rank. This was just explained by Ragnos. Please read the information being given to you.

idiot's guide to prestige and ranking.

say you are 5th div liet and you need 898 prestige to become 5th div capt ie
prestige in hand = 99102
upgrade required prestige = 898
daily deduction = 0 , which means no prestige will be deducted from you daily when you login

you say you get 6k prestige per day, so next day you get 6000 prestige. So the rank dialog window will show you
prestige in hand = 105102
upgrade required prestige = 0

now, this means, you have enough prestige to get to the next rank. but before you upgrade to the next rank ie 5th div capt, check its stats out. When you were 5th div lieut, your daily prestige deduction was 0 which means you wouldnt get any prestige deduction on being 5th div liet, but for a 5th div capt there is a 5k ie 5000 prestige deduction daily.  so keep in mind that the amount of prestige that you will get everyday on being a 5th div captain is 6000(from arena)-5000(deduction from 5th div capt) = 1000 prestige.

so basically you were getting 6k when 5th div liet, but IF you become 5th div capt , you will get only 1k prestige daily.


NOW, if you understood that, then i would advice you not to upgrade your rank and collect prestige till you have enough to upgrade to the higher lvl ranks after zero division ie.
