T1 STRATEGY

What's a good pvp strategy to use with a T1 kisuke?  I'm currently level 92, and I use a T1 rukia because kisuke is only level 90 now.  I'm thinking that when kisuke gets to level 100 he will be able to be T1 with the fury stones I will pass on to him.  So, with the fury he gives to everyone, particularly a supporter, which supporter would benefit the most from getting T1?  I'm thinking somebody like yoroichi or gin/harribel maybe would be deadly, or what about SWP Toshiro?
Also, how does fury stones fury calculated?  Like one basic fury stone gives how much more fury to a partner?  50 to 52 or 50 to 54?

Did u buy your gin in reio?
