Why this poll?

Having seen a lot of the misery on this forum and from people i see in- game i think some regulation might be needed. For me to consider this i first want to know for sure what the exact scope of the problem is and who the people are that are most harmed by micro payments(age wise). Just for the record this will not affect gogames, since that company is not based in my country. Also it will take quite a long time for me to get this on the agenda, so do not expect quick results.
