I dont think he cares about the low VIP or free players. He topped up so much and it gets boring for him because no one can beat him in his server, so he hop for another server merge and bring new people in. If he gets some challenge, that's great; if not, he can show off his power to more people in this server to fullfill his power hunger.

I am rank #1 in my server, and I don't like server merge because it will ruined my governing system because new people will not play by our rules (like last server merge). Before the server merge, people are getting along and very happy because in ryoka event, I will give low level players 20 waves for free for all match, then I start getting in after 20th wave. But since the last server merge, one of the top players from the other server is greedy as hell, and take tons of kills off other players in ryoka, and end up getting my guild to start hitting ryoka from beginning so that person wont be able to hog all the kills from lower level players.

Server merge impact low VIP and free players, as well as the server system itself. You only need 1 bumhole to ruin the mood of all other players and make them quit. Well, I guess you dont care anyways right? Curls88. You only care about yourself.

Agree with you on this one.. Most F2P and lower vip would quit after such a merge not just go to new server and start again to waste hundreds of hours of work they put into their account.
I can nicely use the new player/gogames account God as an example... He managed to be stronger than me who plays this game and attends events for 6 months everyday in 2 weeks with just money and I am not f2p.. I am vip 8 currently... Do you really think that I would just go to another server, (after merge which would bring me bunch of such ppl), wasting my time and money for another few months to have it the same again?
It is your own fault curls that you made the game boring for you... Spending 20k+ bucks and then expect that you will have a challenge is simply foolish,  and now you are trying to come up with ideas which would help you to solve your problem but in the process you would destroy the game for 99% of other players....simply selfish.
Even regular merge of 3-4 servers destroys the most important events (ES + ryoka) most of a time and you would want 20-30 servers? Unless gogames adjust atleast ryokas to suit 10+ ppl this idea is unrealistic and harmful.

Yes, I'm not like you. I don't know why you care so much about free players or give them a chance to do ryokas? Do you like ppl calling you nice? xD

Its called basic human decency of which you apparently have none whatsoever since it seams you only care about yourself. What will be next events in which only you can be the winner? You almost make googames look like a saint.
