What's the difference with SWP Aizen Talents?

Does this mean Ultima is slower then first form or faster...? someone that knows and can help a lost man out pls?

ultima is faster, first form have 1200 agility and the ultima have 1500. ultima azien have better growth too.

it doesnt matter.. shinso gin has lower base stats + growth but his talent is 45% while csb aizen has 30% and shin gin is faster.

Arent both 45%? Both says higher porcent.

sadly no, i dont know why they just dont put the % up instead of "certain" and "higher" percentage to make us go through so much trouble to find it out lol..
