if isshin can get his skill off before shin yoruichi then yes it is good but other wise he is not, how can he be effective if he cant hit you, also all it takes is a person with harribel and your isshin is shut down.

Oh sexy yoruichi is much better then you think for PvP, just because a partner has an aoe skill does not make it better.

The skill damage and after effect are what you have to take into account.

Sexy yoruichi hits for 305% damage (hardest hitter besides swp kenpachi), and gives your entire team 25 fury, so that means faster skills for your entire team. In PvP casting your skills before the other team will usually mean the difference between victory or defeat. Combine her with a support that give fury every turn, i.e rukia/d. rukia/kiskue/c. orihime and that turns into a 100 fury every turn team which is best in PvP or PvE.

Another example of what people call a PvE partner but is better in PvP is Shinso Gin, yes he attacks all partners, but it has a low damage amp, but what makes him good for PvP id the fact he has chance stun anyone in a formation, not just 1 line but the entire formation. If stunning your enemy formation is not good for PvP then IDK what is lol.

TDLR: try checking all the points of a partner skill because judging if they good for only PvP or PvE, because you migt find you will be suprised how wrong you were.

isshin is faster, shini yuro is 3.3+ 15% and isshin 3.2+18%

lol? if they both use the same items, isshin is faster... you can't compare partners if you give one better items then the other one

Also by your numbers shin yoruichi gets 3.795(3.3 +15% = 3.795) speed and isshin gets 3.776(3.2 + 18% = 3.776). so by your numbers shin yoruichi is faster.

boost both by 3300 / 3200 speed= 3795 on shini yuro  3776 + isshin 8% mod (forgot to add that on previous post my bad)

ok but you are talking about adding a stat boost that no one can have added to isshin at all as of right now, except maybe in china server.

We have to be realistic here when trying to do and kind of comparing them. The fact most people who do have isshin would not have completely cleared his modify dojo to get tokens or will have 500-600 tokens or the 500-600 mats to modify him to tier 3 to get that speed boost.

so assuming both shin yoruichi and isshin has 0 modify stars, shin yoruichi will be faster.
