You need to meet the requirements: 1.) Enough Honor Points to unlock the reward 2.) You have to have enough gold/coupons to purchase the award 3.) You have to be a certain lvl
e.g. To unlock zanpaktou Sode no Shirayuki you must accumulate 15,000 points(you get these points from Alliance Battle) and it costs 10,000 gold/coupons to buy.
Toshiro can be obtained if you spend 40000 gold through the reio's furnace event (If you are talking about the toshiro in the adult ice form). I reccomend topping up in order to get toshiro since it is gonna be really hard to obtain him without topping up.
