vip 4 actually, and at most ill reach vip 6.  For some reason my gut tells me to get ulquiorra.  Is he worth it?

yes he is very strong if you can make sure he gets his skill off, but definitly not a top tier partner due to his lack of speed.

Well I'm working on T1 and at level 100 I will make kisuke T1.  Currently I use a T1 rukia that makes 2 of my assaulters T1 with some fury stones.  That's why I had the doubt of how good ulquiorra would be if he were T1, along with my main.

Well you can't get aizen frags until 110... so I would say go for ken if you need a good van or save up until you can exchange for aizen

Is it 110 or 111? I think they always increase 1 lvl or maybe I'm mistaken xD

Its 110... just have to wait the day after you get yhat lvl for the frags to be available
