well there was the flower guy that called his zanpakuto 2 different names and got 2 different shinki release on his zanpakuto.

Also remember renji's bankai changed form because he didnt know the proper name for his bankai release. So it could be possible that it is the same with kanpachi, he could have learned or spoke an impropper name and caused 1 shinkai release but have a second name for the real shinkai release.

How is yachuri kenpachi's zanpakuto? Nothing was ever said about that in manga or anime. At most that is a rumor.

Also only the owner of the zanpakuto can see the manifstation of a person zanpakuto, yet everyone can see yachuri. Also she has her own zanpakuto with its own shinkai release.

yes she did release the shinkai of her zanpakuto, while she was fighting the quincy in this arc she releases her shinkai.

Another thing to remember is that his zanpakuto was not his to begin with, he took it from another soul reaper that he killed as a child.

you havent been paying close to the manga. yachiru is kenpachi's zanpakuto. again even if she is his zanpakuto do you not remember the zanpakuto arc? they can let others see them as well. so think and remember details of everything in each arc and you will learn and see that yachiru is kenny's zanpakuto. so plz. before you say something wrong do think first.

again not her shikai. those were other zanpakuto spirits that was left over from the zanpakuto arc.
