i actually think influ have a good reason for doing this... but it feels like you want to much to quick, you should slowly try to build it up, not everything in 1 day imo.. it will never work that way

yeah yeah I know. :/ people already hate me for this, but changes needed to be made for gods sake -.-. I think just putting everything out in the open at once and slowly adding things and have people saying "Y YOO ALWAYZ POOT MOAR ROOLZ WAAI MEN WAAAIII?" I would rather just deal with everyone at once lol.

good thing this game doesnt have alot of people on the forums. i have done the whole mod thing for a few years with a much larger community so some advice you're off to a great start of not being very effective as a mod.if you want to make rules fine and dandy with me but get off of the high horse you are a mod therefore you are a representative of GoGames and considering what i have seen you are not very good at this or you are representing the company truthfully.either way its not good.if you need some pointers perhaps read some advice from people and think about suggestions although some come off rude they may have good intentions behind them.thank you and have a nice day.

Influentik does not even have a "high horse", the first forum moderator.. now that was a "high horse". You would think the guy had a stick up his ass 24/7, like he needed it there to stay alive.

Hello, i  want to salute the efforts to moderate the forums and improve the experience of the Bleach Online community forums in that order i wanted to give my opinion about the rules section

I want to comment about rule 3, basically in order to try to help prevent problems , In these or any forum rules need to be clear and rule number 3 is not, in a forum that includes support and the general forum definition, state: “is to share your experience in the game”, to disencourage expresions of discontent with the service as a rule is absurd, its perfectly ok to ask for respect in the expresions of a situation but forbid  negative opinions  or complains doesnt seem to point in the right direction.

Then we got“(We already know what the problems are, all of us do, try and find ways to fix or get around the issue)” first that asume you know all the problems (even if you do, it's a negative to address the issues even if it is just as  a dialog) and even worst it means that in the future problems,  or people express a problem with a solution of their own or keep it silenced since you can't complain too much on the games problems, without  that feedback  (even if it's negative) many members of the comunity lose the chance of an answer from a more experienced member of the community on those matters.

I think new moderators should promote a friendly environment where members can freely exchange ideas in a non-offensive manner. Moderators should promote and demonstrate the principles of the forum and are not exempt from the general rules for the forum.

There are several guides from different  forum rules, adding interesting material and clear rules about many subjects (spam, avatars, signatures, mods regulation, etc) i.e. https://www.phpbb.com/rules/
