Did one click transfer and lost all my accessoies

Hello I did a one click transfer and all my gear and treasures moved to the new char, but all my accesorries disappeared that is alot of cystals on the gear for upgrading it that I have just lost as most were tier1 upgraded to lvl15-20

They just don't dissapear...they are on one of those 2 characters or in your bag. Check all your characters.

That was first thing I did. I check the char I was doing the transfer to. It was not there. I went back and looked at char I was doing transfer from. It was not there also. I then checked my bag and then checked my temp vault and nothing there. I even went check every other char I had. before I had 5 sets of accessory items. Now after this bug I only have 4 sets. I do not mind losing the items but it was a few hundred worth of crystals I spent upgrading them I am bummed about. Just glade it was not the ones I spirit forged
